I had a wonderful 5-night stay where I enjoyed a great massage at the spa and had a refreshing time by the outdoor pool. The room was cozy, though the shower had some water leaking issues that were quickly fixed. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. the variety is amazing! 🌟

Nice place, but a few hiccups.

So we checked in and the room wasn't ready right at 3, which was a bummer. Waited 45 mins. Food at the lobby restaurant took forever too. But once we got to our spacious room with a tiny kitchen and nice bathrooms, it felt way better. Breakfast was good, tho! Just wished service was quicker.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored Batu Caves and the vibrant markets nearby. The location is perfect, right across from a shopping mall. The pool has stunning views, and breakfast offers great variety for everyone. Definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!

We had a hard bed that wasn’t as expected for a 5-star place. The shower space felt cramped. It was a bit disappointing considering the price and reputation, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend trip in Kuala Lumpur with good price-value balance. There was no water for an entire day, but at least they provided water at a nearby shopping mall.

The location is truly excellent, situated right in front of Pavilion Mall. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a living room, office, small kitchen, and three bathrooms, making it ideal for family stays. I appreciated the good variety of breakfast options and the added bonus of complimentary parking for visitors.

Location could not be better—right across from Pavilion Mall and close to Petronas Towers. Breakfast was a highlight. a huge variety of delicious options, and the roti canai station definitely stood out to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, I noticed there was no washing machine in the apartment, which would’ve been convenient. The kitchenette was basic and not quite what I expected. Overall, a solid place for a nice stay in KL, just needs a bit more attention to those missing amenities.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Pavilion and other attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Aida and Farouk, who went above and beyond when my car had a flat tire. The breakfast options were extensive, and I appreciated how they catered to different dietary needs. However, some furniture felt outdated, and the check-in wait time could definitely be improved.

The two-bedroom apartment offered great value for our group, even if the furnishings showed their age, cleanliness was not an issue. Afiq's cheerful demeanor at the concierge really made a difference in our stay, offering assistance with our luggage and taking group photos. On the downside, the breakfast area was quite crowded, and I felt it detracted from the experience, especially with limited seating. The rooftop pool could benefit from a renovation, as it appeared dated and wasn't very inviting.

Family with kids will enjoy it

I really appreciated the quick check-in by the receptionist who was super helpful, he got us a prayer mat in no time. Also, the breakfast had a huge variety that kept everyone happy, from pastries to local dishes, that’s what I call a good spread!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you know what they say, you gotta pay for a decent experience.
